Commercial Design
A contemporary commercial retail building in Hyderabad, designed around a strong street presence and a calm, premium customer experience. The project pairs a disciplined facade rhythm with warm architectural lighting, transparent storefronts, and generous internal circulation to create a destination that feels active from the road and refined within.
Facade
The facade is defined by a long horizontal volume softened with rounded corners, vertical fins, and continuous light bands that emphasize the building’s length after dusk. Glazed retail frontage keeps the ground level visually open, while the upper screen creates shade, depth, and a memorable identity for the commercial block.
Retail spaces
Inside, the retail spaces are planned as a bright, double-height promenade with clear sightlines, polished stone flooring, and storefronts arranged for easy discovery. Seating pockets, planting, and integrated lighting soften the scale, turning circulation areas into places where visitors can pause, meet, and move naturally between brands.
Shared Lounge
The shared lounge and atrium introduce a hospitality-led pause within the commercial environment. Layered warm lighting, planted courts, mezzanine views, and relaxed seating create a welcoming social core that supports cafes, waiting areas, and informal gathering without interrupting the building’s retail flow.
